RAMSHETH THAKUR PUBLIC SCHOOL is an ambitious venture of Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha which believes in qualitative education. It has at present five storey building with two lifts and will be having multidimensional educational courses and programmes.

Varsha is renowned RCI registered special educator and counselor practicing from last 9 years. Her major motive is to facilitate children with special needs and counsel students for their problems especially related to mental health. She has experience of 9 years in mental health field. Other than that, she is graphologist and trained in Neuro linguistic therapies. Her key skill is identifying students with special needs and providing them with remedial education. Adding to that guiding and counseling the students and parents for their difficulties in academics and other mental health problem faced by them. Empathy is the core part of her which makes her understand and analyze about each child differently. She believes in quote said by Helen Keller- “Children are not disabled; they are just differently abled’’. Her training in combination of understanding special kids and mental health gives her diverse understanding about child’s mind. She believes in “INCLUSION”

Her 4 years of work experience in “Helen Keller Institute for deaf and deafblind” also adds lot of experience in teaching kids by using sign language, multisensory approach and teaching in creative and new ways. While, when she moved towards goal of Inclusion for children with special needs she included and identified many kids who needed help in Prudence international School where she has 5 years of experience. “Ramsheth Thakur Public school’’ have showed the same belief in her seeing her work profile she has to counsel and help maximum students with great potential in area of mental health.
